Andre M. Ebron
Founder & CEO
Andre is a dynamic nonprofit executive, innovative entrepreneur, inspirational educator, prolific speaker, passionate organizer, and effector of change focused on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in every environment that he serves.

Andre serves as an Elder at Kainos (Kay-Nos) International Church, President and CEO of Ebron & Associates, and Chief of Staff for the Detroit branch of City Year. His career spans various roles in the social sector including education, health and human services, faith-based, and nonprofit.
​
As a transformational leader, Andre challenges those around him to elevate their efforts in business, faith, and life. The hallmark of his leadership is strategic thinking, intentional and practical action, and a commitment to empowering others.
He has authored two books, The Drawing Board and Mind Your Business: Self-Care Strategies and Mindfulness Practices Designed To Reduce The Negative Effects Of Stress.

Andre is a fellow in the sophomore cohort of the Institute for Nonprofit Practice’s, Black Leadership Institute, and a duly initiated brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated. His community impact has earned him recognition as a Community Champion by The Soul of Philanthropy, a Michigan Chronicle 2022 40 under 40 honoree, and features in numerous publications that highlight his significant contributions.
Andre and his wife of 20 years, Shalessa (Sha-Lee-Suh), are the proud parents of two wonderful children: daughter Christian Ebron and son Andre Ebron II.

Shalessa N. Ebron
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the K-12 education sector, Shalessa Ebron is a transformative leader committed to elevating the quality of education across Metro-Detroit. As a Chief Operating Officer, she brings a wealth of expertise in teaching, leadership, administration, and curriculum development, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to discover and realize their full potential.

Shalessa’s journey in education began as a 1st grade teacher, where her passion for fostering student growth took root. Her career trajectory includes pivotal roles such as Dean of Students and Dean of Instruction, Academic Dean, Lead Instructional Coach, Regional MTSS Manager, Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction, Managing Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, and culminating in her immediate-past position as an Managing Director of Schools. Throughout her career, Shalessa has championed inclusive and innovative educational practices, advocating for equitable opportunities for all students.

A servant leader and dynamic educator, Shalessa is driven by a mission to create engaging learning environments where both students and educators thrive. Her diverse background in computer information systems, operations, and research and development informs her strategic approach to educational leadership.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Shalessa enjoys a fulfilling family life with her husband, Andre M. Ebron, and their two children, Christian and Andre Ebron II.
Known for her innovative thinking, motivational spirit, and resourceful problem-solving, Shalessa Ebron exemplifies courage and dedication in all her endeavors, inspiring those around her to strive for excellence.
